The AP Trial Balance has been replaced by the Open Account AP Balance Listing in R12 (see Note 604739.1). This report is a variation on the more general Open Account Balances Listing, and shows basically the remaining amoutn for all open AP invoices. The balance should match your AP liaility account(s) in General Ledger.

In this article I will explain how to create a XML Publisher template from a Standard Report. As you probably know, XML Publisher is the new (well new ... it's already a few years old) standard tool to create (operational) reports in Oracle EBS. In a few steps it's possible to change the output from plain text to e.g. PDF format.
