 The AP Trial Balance has been replaced by the Open Account AP Balance Listing in R12 (see Note 604739.1). This report is a variation on the more general Open Account Balances Listing, and shows basically the remaining amoutn for all open AP invoices. The balance should match your AP liaility account(s) in General Ledger.
The XML Publisher report is provided with four standard templates, but they are not really suitable for Excel output (they include the usual headers, subtotals and so on). So I created a very simple layout (basically only line details, no totals and subtotals) for Excel.All reconciliation activities can now be performed in Excel.
The template can be added besides the other templates, using the XML Publisher Administrator.
