 The Financial Services Accounting Hub (FSAH) is very similar to the Subledger Accounting product (SLA). In fact, looking merely at the functionality, there's no difference between FSAH and SLA.

 Folder tools are a useful feature for displaying and sorting data in table-formatted forms. However, I experienced a lot of problems with folders in an upgraded R12 environment. Especially when custom folders are opened by default in forms, users couldn't even close the form because of the repeating error messages. Needless to say this caused some frustration.

Release Update Pack 6 is now available for download from My Oracle Support.
While RUP5 was only targeted at Financials and HRMS, RUP6 again covers the full E-Business Suite.
The announcement can be found on My Oracle Support under Document 742890.1 (Patch 6728000). |

Yesterday, a new Whitepaper called Best Practices for Adopting E-Business Suite Release 12 appeared on Metalink. This document, written by Anne Carlson "offers practical advice from professionals
in Oracle’s Support, Consulting, IT, and Development organizations on how to do a Release 12 implementation or upgrade".

Metalink Note 465776.1 describes the availability of the Oracle E-Business Suite 12.0.4 Release Update Pack . Note 469308.1 describes the Financials updates, and when investigating the list of bug fixes, it appeared that most of the changes are made in the Payables and the Payments modules. |
